Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as the reference. We have not had it independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with one main heading per page and headings in order
  • Full keyboard access, a skip link and visible focus outlines
  • Text and controls checked for color contrast against their backgrounds
  • Animation and smooth scrolling turned off when your device asks for reduced motion
  • Background videos are silent, never autoplay with sound and do not load when reduced motion or data saver is on
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Labeled form fields with error messages announced to screen readers
  • Interactive pieces such as the before and after slider work with arrow keys

Known limitations

  • Background videos have no spoken content, so they have no captions. Their content is described in nearby text.
  • The custom cursor is decorative and only appears with a mouse. It never replaces the system focus outline.
